BEYBLADE BURST to Launch on Disney XD on Monday, December 19, 2016 with two weeks of new episodes

NEW YORK, NY., November 11, 2016 – The new animated series BEYBLADE BURST will premiere on Disney XD on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. ET/PT. New episodes will premiere each day Monday-Saturday until December 31, for a total of 11 new episodes, with a repeat telecast each day at 4:30 p.m. ET/PT. In January, the series will move to its regular timeslot on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. ET/PT with repeat episodes airing throughout each week. BEYBLADE BURST will also be available through Disney XD’s digital platforms.


BEYBLADE BURST is the third generation of the global BEYBLADE phenomenon and follows the adventures of a group of passionate Bladers who follow their dreams on an unforgettable journey to the top. This new generation of the franchise features themes of real sports, competition and friendship.

Hasbro will launch the new BEYBLADE BURST product line in the U.S. beginning January 2017 featuring a dynamic “burst” feature designed to bring more excitement to the successful battling play pattern.  Battling can trigger the spinning tops to burst into pieces, creating suspenseful competitions (burst rates vary).


BEYBLADE fans can also train for battle digitally with the BEYBLADE BURST app available in the App Store and Google Play for supported iOS and Android devices.
